Here's My Version of Chicken Manchurian

I made this from Chef Sanjiz recipe (he'll be making this at an upcoming demo at Harbourfront). Pretty good, but I doubt it will be as good as Sanjiz demo.

A spectacular lightning storm - I stepped out from the barn where I was bundling garlic, to snap this shot.

I was late getting some of the garlic harvested. WHen I get down to the last plants it feels immensely gratifying.
